shipping and Processing policy
Orders placed during business hours can take about 2-4 days for processing (this does not include the time it takes for a product to ship).

Shipping time is based on location. Orders can take about 2-7 business days for Domestic orders and up to 10 business days for International orders. Due to COVID-19, please be aware that there may be shipping delays. Elite Goddess Collection is not responsible for delays in shipping and we can not issue refunds at this time due to late arrival.

Pickup is now available for local orders. Please make sure to double check the shipping option you chose when placing an order. We can not issue a refund on shipping costs due to a selection error.

return & exchange policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, we are unable to issues refunds or exchanges for hair. Please make sure to check your order before purchasing. If there is an issue with your product, please make sure to contact us to discuss your options. Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

Due to COVID-19, we are unable to provide exchanges for our lashes at this time. If you want to change your selection, please make sure to contact us WITHIN 24 hours of placing your order to ensure your satisfaction.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 HOURS. After 24 hours, your order will be processed and you will not receive a refund.
